12月4日早晨，新西蘭女子Judie Johnson在近海游泳時，三隻野生虎鯨從後方接近，並與她同遊。
海浪一陣一陣地拍在沙灘上，一大兩小三隻虎鯨，在Judie身旁游弋嬉戲；時而上下翻滾，時而捲起泥沙……
最後，一人三鯨分別的畫面也很美好。

All right. Well, they are a part of your world.

They are an expression of unconditional love.

They are often reflections for you of certain issues that you may be dealing with, certain processes that you may be going through.

And many animals love you so unconditionally that some of them are willing to take on the physical effects of negative belief, to give you time to process them and let them go.

In many ways, animals are actually quite a lot smarter than all of you.

The reason for this is this

Animals, in whatever they are, whatever expression of animal they are, don't have to be anything but that animal.

Therefore they are absolute geniuses at being that animal
因此，它們在“做自己這種動物”方面，是絕對的天才！
They are specialists at being that animal
它們在“做自己”方面，是專家！
You are generalists
而你們則是“通才”
And thus, then you're not necessarily specializing in the way that animals do
你們並沒有像動物一樣，專精某方面
You spread your intelligence out in a number of different directions
你們把智力分散到各個方向（多面手）
All their intelligence goes in one or very few directions
而動物則把智力集中在一個或少數幾個方向
So they are all geniuses at being what they are
所以，它們在“做自己”方面，都是天才！
And have a lot to teach you
能教你們很多東西！
About how to be a genius at being what you fully are
能教你們如何成為“完整的自己”方面的“天才”

All right. They are in many ways, again, family. They are expressions, another expression of the creation consciousness.

They are your Family.

They are unconditionally loving being,

If you allow yourself to experience them that way.
如果你們這麼看待它們，那你們也就會如實經歷到
It doesn't mean that there are not things that happen in nature.
但這並不意味著，在大自然中，什麼事都不發生（捕食）
But they will always happen in balance when there is a balanced relationship with them.
只要動物間有平衡的關係，那發生的任何事，都是自然界自我平衡所需的

Use your imagination

You can go out in nature and be with animals.

You can act on your excitement,

Which will make you more receptive and sensitive antenna the other vibrations, other communications coming to you from animals from trees from rocks
這可以使你變成更加敏銳的“天線”，更容易接受到其他波長的振動，更容易接收到來自動物、植物、石頭的信息
All things are made of consciousness,
萬事萬物皆由意識而造
All things have a certain form of expression of consciousness.
萬事萬物皆有表達其自身意識的方式
Everything has a way of communicating.
一切事物都有屬於祂自己的交流方式
You just have to learn how to listen.
你只需要學習如何聆聽
The easiest way to listen is to be more of yourself,
學會“聆聽萬物聲音”的最簡單的方式，就是做更完整的自己
Because more of yourself means you're more connected,
因為你越是完整，說明你越是連接
Because everything is a different expression of the same one thing.
而萬事萬物，都只是同一個“意識”的不同表達方式
So the more you are yourself, the more you are capable of experiencing the reflections that they are too
所以你越是做“你自己”，你越是能體驗到，祂們都是“你自己”的反射

Teach them about the idea that animals are not less than you

Show them demonstrations of their intelligence.

Many people on your planet are beginning to do this now

Look at all the examples that exist on your planet now

That even though they've been going on for hundreds and thousands of years,

You are only just noticing

How long did it take you to notice the birds use tools?

They been doing it for thousands of years.

So the point is, paid more attention

The more attention you paid what's going on around you.

The more intelligence you will observe

And the more demonstrations and examples you can show other people

But the idea is

You really just need to get people to pay attention to what's going on around them.

Get them to open their eyes

Get them into places where they can experience interactions with animals in creative loving interactive ways.

This is also one of the reasons why it is so powerful to do things now on your planet

Like go swimming with the wild dolphins and the whales

And unconditional means, No condition.

So if they choose not to see things your way, not to have the kind of relationship with animals that you prefer to have.
但他們若是不想像你一樣地看待事情，不想有著像你一樣的與動物間的關係
You can do your best to show them how they could
你可以盡你所能地告訴他們可以怎麼做
And how it might improve their lives and expand their consciousness,
這麼做可以如何地改善他們的生活，擴展他們的意識
But if they ultimately choose not to, you must allow them the same respect
但如果他們最後還是選擇“不”，那你就必須尊重他們的選擇
That they are allowing you to choose what you prefer.
就像他們尊重你的選擇一樣
Remember, please all of you remember

In a sense, there's really no rush.

You are eternal, infinite beings.

What's your hurry.

I understand that it is all well and good to allow things to change in certain ways as you change yourself and your planet

And it is absolutely a lot of fun to experience those kinds of changes

But every being is an eternal being

And therefore, somewhere, somehow they will experience those ideas

Whether the experience them in this particular linear life or not.

So do your best to be the living example

that they can then see in you is something that makes you so ecstatic

How do you do it?
“你是怎麼做到的？”
There's your lead-in
於是，你就可以引導他們了
And then you open the door
然後你開一扇門
They open the door
他們開一扇門
And you can lead them through it.
你就可以帶領他們，走過這道門
But first you have to be a living example of it, without the negative idea that if they don't walk through that door, that something is wrong.
但首先你必須先成為一個活生生的榜樣，而不是帶著負面想法，認為如果他們不穿過這道門，就說明哪裡出錯了
Otherwise all you are doing is tainting the energy that you prefer to have and going down to their level
你若這麼做，只會損耗/腐蝕你（想要的）的能量，並降低到他們的水平
The phrase in your Bible
你們的《聖經》中說：
JUDGE NOT, LEST YE BE JUDGED
“你們不要論斷人，免得你們被論斷”（馬太福音7:1 ）
Doesn't mean that you're being judged from outside.
這不是說，你會被外界所評判
It means that as you judge someone, you judge yourself, and take yourself down to that level,
而是說，當你評判某人時，你就是在評判自己，並把自己降到與他相同的水平
So that's not where you prefer to be, don't buy into the negative side of it
所以，如果你不希望自己變成這樣，就不要聽信負面信念的“謊言”
Just be the positive living example that they will all want to emulate
做你自己，成為他們都想效仿的、積極正面的、活生生的榜樣吧！
